Packing - We guarantee good packing technique. Our pre packing preparation, prior to shipment, involve 24-48 hours of observation, starvation, temperature control, etc.
All fishes are packed in double oxygenated bags and stored inside high density polyfoam boxes with an additional outer paper carton. The net weight for a discus carton is app. 14 kg. and for other fishes is app. 14 - 15 kg. Packing charge per a discus box is US$ 10, and for other fishes the charge is US$ 8.

Health Certificate - We will be able to prepare health certificate as requested by clients.

Delivery - We will be able to effect shipment 7 days upon receipt of payments. Any other arrangement can be specially agreed.

Live arrival guarantee - We offer live arrival guarantee. If the fishes do not arrive alive or if they die within 24 hours after arriving at your airport, we will replace them for free. However, our guarantee does not cover the cost of packing and shipping.
